Bio

Born in London in 1974, I graduated in Fine Art at Middlesex University, London and subsequently moved to Barcelona. After more than 20 years working in other fields, I decided to return to my artistic roots and have since trained in Therapeutic Photography (Specialised Course, Grisart International Photography School, Barcelona, 2016) and Art Therapy (Postgraduate in Relational Art Therapy, Metàfora Centre of Art Therapy Studies, Barcelona, 2019). Since then I have set up my practice as a visual artist and am now based in the UK,  working from my studio at the Old Parcels Office Artspace in Scarborough while continuing my link with Barcelona as associate artist in residence at Roca Umbert Arts Factory, Granollers (Barcelona).

Nacida en Londres en 1974, me licencié en Bellas Artes en la Universidad de Middlesex, Londres y posteriormente me trasladé a Barcelona. Tras más de 20 años trabajando en otros sectores, decidí volver a mis raíces artísticas y me he formado en Fotografía Terapéutica (Curso de Especialización, Grisart Escola Internacional de Fotografía, Barcelona, 2016) y Arteterapia (Posgrado en Arteterapia Relacional, Metáfora Centre d’Estudis d’Artteràpia, Barcelona, 2019).  Desde entonces he empezado a desarrollar mi práctica como artista visual y ahora estoy basada en Reino Unido, trabajando desde mi taller en Old Parcels Office Artspace en Scarborough pero manteniendo mi vínculo con Barcelona como artista asociada en Roca Umbert Fábrica de les Arts en Granollers (Barcelona).
